Change / Return Procedure
- You can send the product / products you want to change / return to us with the DHL Cargo company within only in 14 days from the date you receive the order, by filling out the change / return form included in your package, subject to the change / return conditions below and in a manner as described under the said form. For the products to be changed or returned, the following change and / or return conditions must be followed.
- If you send the product / products you want to change / return with DHL Cargo, no cargo fee will be charged. You will be informed via e-mail within 1-5 business days after your return package reaches us.
- If you want to send the product / products you want to change / return with a different cargo company, we will not cover the cost of the sent packages
- Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund includes the full price for the Product(s) but not the delivery charges.
Change / Return Conditions
I want to change the product I purchased, what should I do?
You can change your order within 14 days from the date you receive it. The change can only be made in the same model product as size / number change. After informing Les Benjamins Customer Services regarding your change request, you can return your product with DHL Cargo by filling out the form included in your package. You must specify the product you want to change and which size / number you want to change in the form. When your request reaches us, it will be evaluated by the authorities and if the product you want to change is available in the stocks, the product is delivered to the cargo company within 24 hours. If the product is not available in the stocks, your fee will be refunded. You must return the product to Les Benjamins return address together with its original invoice and fill out the form and stating in writing the "Request for Change" on the back of the invoice and the product must be complete, unused and its package must be undamaged for a change. In order for us to initiate your change process, you must inform customercare@lesbenjamins.com via e-mail.
I want to return the product I purchased, what should I do?
You can return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it. After informing Les Benjamins Customer Services regarding your return request, you can return your product with DHL Cargo filling out the return form which is on the back page of your invoice. When your product reaches us, it will be evaluated by the authorities and you will be informed via e-mail when your return is accepted. You must return the product to Les Benjamins return address together with its original invoice by filling out the return section on the back of the invoice and the product must be complete, unused and its package must be undamaged for a return. If the invoice of the product is a corporate invoice, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the institution for the return transaction, which is to be issued as "Product Unit Price + VAT" without including the cargo costs. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued. In order for us to initiate your return process, you must inform customercare@lesbenjamins.com via e-mail.
How many days do I have to change or return the product I purchased?
You can return / change the product within 14 days from the date you receive it by following the above return / change procedure.
Can I change the size of the product I received?
A change can only be made in the same model product as size / number change and only one time. If the requested product is available in the stocks change will be made, if it is not available in the stocks, your fee will be refunded.
How can I change if the product I purchased is defective?
In Les Benjamins, all products are passed through quality control in order to hold you harmless. However, if you encounter such a situation, you can request a product change. To do this, you need to follow the change procedure.
Can I change the product I purchased with a different product?
The change can only be made in the same model product as size / number change and only one time. You cannot change with a different product.
How many times can I use my right to change?
Within 14 days as of your order date, you can use your right to change the same product twice.

Will I pay cargo fee for the product I will return or change?
If you send the product you want to change / return with DHL Cargo, no cargo fee will be charged. If you choose to send the product you want to change / return with a cargo company other than DHL Cargo, our Company will not cover the cargo costs. In this case, you shall pay the cargo costs.
When will I receive the refund after a return?
The product you return will be first checked for compliance with the return conditions. If the returned product / products meet the return conditions, the refund will be delivered to the bank within 1-5 business days. You will be informed vie e-mail that a refund has been made for the orders whose return has been approved, and the product fee will be returned to the credit card you paid for. The period of reflection of your refund on your bank statement varies depending on your bank. You can get detailed information from your bank if there is a delay in the transaction of your return on your credit card / debit card. As per bank practices, the transactions made in installments are also returned in installments.
Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund includes the full price for the Product(s) but not the delivery charges.
