How much is cargo charges?

 

€60 - DHL Express - Including duties and custom fees.

 

Which cargo company shall be used for my order?

Les Benjamins ships worldwide using DHL Express delivery.

 

Shipment date?

Orders are shipped from LESBENJAMINS.COM in Istanbul, Türkiye between Monday and Friday from 9:00 am– 13:00 pm (EET). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Les Benjamins shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Les Benjamins.

 

When can I receive my order?

Your orders shall be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 work days and shall reach you within 1 to 5 days in average. Since our estimated delivery period is calculated over business days, weekends and official holidays are not included in the indicated period. Between these periods, your orders are delivered to the cargo company on the first business day.

 

How can I follow up my order?

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We provide tracking numbers contained within the shipment notification email when your order leaves our fulfillment centre, and maintain a tracking number for each delivery. What should I do if my order is delivered while I am out?

If you are not at the given address, then your order shall be delivered to the nearest DHL or UPS office and an information note will be left for you. You are required to receive your package from the indicated branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order shall be returned to Les Benjamins. If you desire your order to be reshipped, then the cargo charges shall be demanded again and your order shall be reshipped to you as cash on delivery.

CHANGE / REFUND - RETURN PROCESS

Change / Return Procedure

  • We can only accept returns. If you prefer to change size or different product, you can return your order for a refund and create a new order.
  • You can send the product / products you want to return to us with the DHL Cargo company within only in 14 days from the date you receive the order, by filling out the  return form included in your package, subject to the  return conditions below and in a manner as described under the said form or contact customercare@lesbenjamins.com
  • If you send the product / products you want to return with DHL Cargo, no cargo fee will be charged. You will be informed via e-mail within 1-5 business days after your return package reaches us.
  • If you want to send the product / products you want to  return with a different cargo company, we will not cover the cost of the sent packages
  • Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund includes the full price for the Product(s) but not the delivery charges.

 

Change / Return Conditions

I want to change the product I purchased, what should I do?

We can only accept returns. If you prefer to change size or different product, you can return your order for a refund and create a new order.

I want to return the product I purchased, what should I do?

You can return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it. After informing Les Benjamins Customer Services regarding your return request, you can return your product with DHL Cargo filling out the return form which is on the back page of your invoice.

When your product reaches us, it will be evaluated by the authorities and you will be informed via e-mail when your return is accepted. You must return the product to Les Benjamins return address together with its original invoice by filling out the return section on the back of the invoice and the product must be complete, unused and its package must be undamaged for a return. If the invoice of the product is a corporate invoice, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the institution for the return transaction, which is to be issued as "Product Unit Price + VAT" without including the cargo costs. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued. In order for us to initiate your return process, you must inform customercare@lesbenjamins.com via e-mail.

How many days do I have to return the product I purchased?

You can return the product within 14 days from the date you receive it by following the above return procedure.

Will I pay cargo fee for the product I will return?
If you send the product you want to return with DHL Cargo, no cargo fee will be charged. If you choose to send the product you want to return with a cargo company other than DHL Cargo, our Company will not cover the cargo costs. In this case, you shall pay the cargo costs.

When will I receive the refund after a return?

The product you return will be first checked for compliance with the return conditions. If the returned product / products meet the return conditions, the refund will be delivered to the bank within 1-5 business days. You will be informed vie e-mail that a refund has been made for the orders whose return has been approved, and the product fee will be returned to the credit card you paid for. The period of reflection of your refund on your bank statement varies depending on your bank. You can get detailed information from your bank if there is a delay in the transaction of your return on your credit card / debit card. As per bank practices, the transactions made in installments are also returned in installments.

Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund includes the full price for the Product(s) but not the delivery charges.
