STORAGE
To maintain optimal performance, do not rest your lenses
against any hard surface. Do not leave this eyewear in direct
sunlight under high temperatures, such as on an automobile
dashboard as this may damage your eyewear. Always make
sure lenses are free from dust and debris.
CLEANING
Use lukewarm running water and an ordinary neutral
liquid detergent and dry the glasses with a soft
clean cloth.Avoid the use of solvents (for example
alcohol and acetone) and aggressive chemical detergents

How much is cargo charges?
€30 - include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs to you.
Which cargo company shall be used for my order?
Les Benjamins ships worldwide using DHL Express delivery.
Shipment date?
Orders are shipped from LESBENJAMINS.COM in Istanbul, Turkey between Monday and Friday from 9:00 am– 13:00 pm (EET). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Les Benjamins shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Les Benjamins.
When can I receive my order?
Your orders shall be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 work days and shall reach you within 1 to 5 days in average. Since our estimated delivery period is calculated over business days, weekends and official holidays are not included in the indicated period. Between these periods, your orders are delivered to the cargo company on the first business day.
How can I follow up my order?
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We provide tracking numbers contained within the shipment notification email when your order leaves our fulfillment centre, and maintain a tracking number for each delivery. What should I do if my order is delivered while I am out?
If you are not at the given address, then your order shall be delivered to the nearest DHL or UPS office and an information note will be left for you. You are required to receive your package from the indicated branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order shall be returned to Les Benjamins. If you desire your order to be reshipped, then the cargo charges shall be demanded again and your order shall be reshipped to you as cash on delivery.
